  • I'm a student and want to spend less of my money - how do I get in on these Student Deals?

    If you want today's deal, just click "BUY NOW" - but do it before the offer ends because no good thing can last forever. Then complete the account sign-up (or just sign-in if you've purchased a deal before) and enter your payment information! Then boom!, or wow!, or holy moly Batman, we've got savings! We will email you a voucher along with instructions on how to redeem your Student Deal.

    If you want updates on more ways to save - since we're a boatload of good ideas - sign up to receive email updates, which include the latest student deals and tips on how to save on every other aspect of college, all from people who've been there and survived it without going broke. Just type your information in the sign-up box to the upper right and we we'll do the rest. And remember, we'll never share your information even if attacked by an army of data-mining ninjas.

  • I bought a deal but where is my voucher?

    Your deal voucher is emailed to you within 1 hour of your purchase. Patience is a virtue. But don't worry, we'll never glue your voucher to a homing pigeon and send the bird aimlessly into the world. But remember you can't redeem it until the day after your purchase. If you need to find the other deals you have bought, you can also log into your account and go the "My Deals" link to review or print your vouchers.

  • How do I redeem my Student Deal?

    Read the directions on your voucher. If you don't feel like reading the directions on your voucher, read them anyway. They're short. Some deals say 'Redeem with Merchant', which means you can print your voucher and take it directly to the location. Other deals say 'Redeem Online', which means that you can go to the specified website to redeem your purchase.

  • Do I need to use my Student Deal the same day I buy it?

    No. In fact, most Student Deals can't be redeemed until the day after your purchase. Virtue of the trade, baby. But if you are ever permitted to use it same-day, we'll specify that in the fine print.

  • How long does my voucher last?

    Depends on the deal. Read the expiration date on the voucher. If you don't want to read the expiration date, read it anyway. It's also very short and will take literally one second to read. Usually you're talking 3-12 months, but always double-check.

  • I accidentally bought two. Yikes! Can I get a refund for one of them?

    Sure! We take joy in saving you money, remember? Maybe we didn't say that yet. But we do. It's what we do for fun. If you messed up and bought an extra voucher you don't want, our customer support assistant would be happy to help. But given how awesome our deals are, consider passing along the savings to a friend.

    If that's a no-go, refund requests for unused vouchers will be granted if provided to Deal Current within 30 days after purchase. Just include an explanation for why a refund is needed. Requests made after 30 days are subject to SimpleTuition approval, and will be accepted on a case-by-case basis. In some instances, SimpleTuition may choose to offer credits to customer in the amount paid for voucher, which can be used on future deals. Click the 'Customer Support' link at the bottom of the page for more information.

  • Do I have to use a single Student Deal all at once?

    Yes. A single Student Deal voucher is good for one visit or purchase only and you will never be given store credit or change back for use on a subsequent visit or purchase.

  • What if I don't redeem the full value of the Student Deal in one purchase?

    Same thing. We can't issue partial credits, so if you buy a voucher, plan on using it all at once.

  • Can I use my Student Deal from SimpleTuition with other coupon or offers?

    Nope. Although we love to save you money, we're not magic.

  • When is my credit card charged?

    Your card is charged immediately when you click the "Purchase this Deal" button during checkout. Hooray for technology! That's less waiting for you.

  • Can I buy more than one Student Deal voucher at a time?

    Yes, as long as the merchant allows multiple purchases. The rules of the purchase will be posted on the day of sale. If you don't want to read those rules, read them anyway. You guessed it, they're short. It will literally take between 1 and 10 seconds to read them. Many merchants allow multiple buys, but some will be restricted for one purchase only, for first-time clients only, or additional purchases as gift vouchers only.

  • My friends on campus want to save, too! Can I buy a Student Deal as a gift?

    Some businesses allow you to buy, print, and distribute deals to your friends. We allow users to buy multiple vouchers on deals that permit it. How will you know? It's all in the rules, money-maker. All you have to do is read them.

  • I signed up but I'm not getting my emails.

    Please check you junk or spam folders because they might be stealing your savings. If you are not receiving emails be sure to add yourdealpuchase@dealcurrent.com and email@info.simpletuition.com to your contacts so our emails don't end up lost or trashed. Also look for a button in your mail client or web browser that says "Add To Safe List" or "Not Junk".
